NOSM Tracking Study & Training for Health Equity network graduate outcomes study (THEnet GOS)

• For the undergraduate surveys, and to a lesser extent, for the postgraduate surveys, there is the opportunity to examine changes in intention: intended medical specialty/discipline, lines or dislikes for services or procedures to provided or specialty areas, intended practice location, level of confidence in knowledge/skills/competencies, and influential factors

• Data on actual choices and behaviours that are collected during the postgraduate surveys (e.g., medical discipline/specialty) or once the learner is in full practice (e.g., practice location, practice population, services provided) can be compared to intended behaviours.
