Isabelle is the Director of the Resources, Research, Evaluation and Development Division at the Sudbury and District Health Unit.
Her areas of expertise are public health, community health and health promotion. She was involved in the multi-year tracking study of nurse practitioner students and graduates.
Her most recent research activities have been in the area of evidence-based public health practice.
